You could be doing the wise thing and renting rather than buying. There are many opinions out there right now and has been for some years. In these economic climates, is it is best to buy or best to rent. Many differing opinions make the world go around. Perhaps the very best thing for you is to do a stocktake on your life. Take stock of what your lifestyle is and what you want it to be. What your interests are and where you want to be.
If your interests are to start a goat breeding stud, obviously you would think of acreage, and depending on if you have children and where they are at with their schooling and what the possibilities are. The choices are amazing, too many to think of until you take into consideration what your lifestyle and family want and expect.
You would choose an area quite different if you have a proffessional career you love, in the city and care for all the attributes a city has to offer.
